You can obtain a gym membership starting from the age of 15. If you’re younger, you can still join our youth teams. For more information, visit the Gym Classes section under Gym.

Key fobs

Entry to the gym is facilitated through the use of key fobs. These chips serve as access tools for both the outer door and the gym entrance. Going forward, the doors to the hall and the restrooms will remain unlocked.

If you are a new member

Once you’ve completed the membership process, kindly get in touch with Claus Schmidt-Pedersen to coordinate the delivery of your key fob. You can find his contact information listed below.

Deposit

There will be a 200kr deposit required for each key fob. However, returning it will exempt you from any deposit charges for the key fob.



The key fob is personal
It’s crucial to emphasize that the new key fob are personal. In the event of payment default, membership lapse, or termination, access will be automatically revoked. However, access will be reinstated promptly upon membership reactivation.

Upon receipt of your new key fob, it comes pre-activated and ready for immediate use.

Regarding Household memberships
We have unfortunately experienced some challenges with payments, where a few users have repeatedly signed up for memberships without completing payment. This is considered misuse, and we are therefore required to take action. Those affected will receive a personal message with a deadline for payment.

Additionally, we have noticed some instances where the fee for the key fob has not been paid. If payment is not received by April 30th, 2025, the key fob will be deactivated.
If you are aware that you have an outstanding payment, you can transfer it via MobilePay to 72840 – please write “Key fob” in the comment field.

We have also decided to revise our membership options to make them more attractive and to reduce the administrative workload caused by household memberships, which has taken up a lot of time for our volunteers.

All current memberships will be terminated, but you will still have access to the fitness center until your current paid membership expires.
After that, you will need to re-register through conventus.dk. Log in, go to “My registrations”, where you can see your membership expiry date and sign up again.
